Our metaphorical red carpet has been rolled out for the second time in a week as we welcome aboard hundreds of biking policyholders formerly served by Simply Insurance. This follows our acquisition of Simply's motorcycle business as the company wishes to focus on its core fleet, courier, motor trade and commercial lines. Similar logic was quoted by iGo4 Partners Ltd when it opted to sell its BikeTeam operation to us last week in order to concentrate on its core business activities. Our acquisition of Simply Insurance's motorcycle book also highlights further our ambitious growth plans. We believe that Simply Insurance's bike policyholders will be happy in their new home because, as a specialist insurance group, we're geared up to meeting the needs of modern, classic and custom motorcyclists, not to mention moped, scooter, trike and off-road enthusiasts. What is non-core to other insurance brokers lies at the very heart of our business. This latest acquisition also underlines our position as one of the UK's fastest growing specialist insurance groups following our purchase last October of Marsh’s Kendal-based specialist motor insurance broking business. Formerly known as Peart this serves classic, high performance, high value, kit and custom car owners.
