Met Police targets moped riders with fresh 'Lock, Chain, Cover' campaign

The Metropolitan Police has relaunched its Be Safe campaign which urges moped, scooter and motorcycle owners to 'Lock, Chain, Cover' their machines. The 2019 campaign comes after the force reported that following several integrated initiatives thefts fell by 36% last year. Nonetheless that still meant over 9,000 bikes were stolen last year.
