We are looking for confident individuals with a professional telephone manner to join our expanding team at our modern offices in Sale.

If you’re among the successful candidates you’ll work as part of a small team reporting into the Operations Team Leader.

Benefiting from extensive and ongoing training and support, you will provide world class service to our customers and ensure we satisfy our sales, financial and growth targets.

You will be able to build effective client relationships and have the ability to network with wider colleagues within Principal Insurance.

You’ll also be ambitious, possess great attention to detail and be comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced, busy environment.

You will need to be able to challenge yourself and work towards set goals while using your initiative.

Excellent customer service skills will enable you to make the right decisions and secure the best outcomes.

No experience is necessary, although knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry would be an advantage.
