Topics covered include recovering the cost of your bike and riding gear, accessing financial support during the litigation process and securing rehabilitative care following a serious accident

“Good, intensive rehabilitation can help to ensure being seriously injured in an accident does not need to be life defining,” explains Jonathan Bamforth, Associate Solicitor and catastrophic injury specialist at the firm.

It also touches on wider implications, such as an employer treating an employee unfairly after they’ve been injured in an accident.

The guide concludes with an extensive FAQs section which embraces a range of questions drawn from Minster’s experience in handling and settling motorcycle accident claims.
