If you’re in an accident, or your vehicle suffers a mechanical or electronic failure, then an expert mechanic will soon be with you. Indeed, help should never far away with a target of just 60 minutes set for assistance to arrive with you by the road.

Whilst experience shows that 80% of vehicles can be repaired at the roadside,* if yours can’t be then arrangements will be made to recover it and get you either home or to where you were headed.

If needs be, an emergency hire car will be arranged for you and, if necessary, you’ll be put up in overnight accommodation.
