Making a Claim: Motorcycle, car, specialist vehicle and van policyholders

This is why we have arranged for claims experts to be on hand to offer support every step of the should you need make a claim. Specially trained claims advisors will help ensure speedy settlement of your claim with as little hassle as possible.

When you are making a claim there’s no need for you to fill out lengthy forms.

Simply call the Claims team on 0330 024 1376 and they’ll take your details and complete a claim form for you. A copy of this will then be immediately emailed to your insurer and a copy sent for you to check, sign and return.

Motor Trade policyholders

If you wish to make a claim against your motor trade policy simply call 0330 024 0136 and quote your policy reference.
